Orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 1–2 business days after successful payment (for prepaid orders).
Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above (as per active offer).
A standard fee applies for orders below ₹499, clearly shown at checkout.
Special charges for remote areas or heavy items will be displayed before order confirmation.Â
3. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)
After dispatch:
Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 4–10 business days
Timelines may vary due to courier, weather, strikes, or other delays.

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Attempts
Couriers make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to:
Unreachable number
Wrong address
Refusal to accept
… the parcel may be returned. We may reship at your cost or cancel the order with a refund (minus return shipping).Â
