  • Orders are normally processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment (for prepaid orders).

  • Free shipping for orders of ₹499 and above (as per active offer shown on the website).

     

  • A standard shipping fee is applied for orders below ₹499, clearly shown at checkout before payment.

     

  • Any special shipping charges (for remote locations or heavy items) will be displayed before you complete your order.

     

3. Invoicing and Taxes

  • A standard retail invoice is provided for every order.

     

  • AXOR currently operates as a small sole‑proprietorship and may not display a GSTIN or detailed tax breakup on invoices where GST registration is not applicable.

     

  • All pricing and invoicing are handled in accordance with applicable Indian regulations for such businesses.

     

4. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days

     

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

     

  • Rest of India: 4–10 business days

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times. If they are unable to deliver due to unreachable mobile number, wrong address or repeated refusal, the parcel may be returned to us and the order may be cancelled or reshipped as per our policies.
