1. Business Nature
AXOR is an individual sole-proprietorship operating from New Delhi, India, selling products online via https://axor.flexdeal.in. All sales, invoicing, and customer service are handled under this structure, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
2. Website Use
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.Â
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable charges. Prices and offers may change without notice. Orders may be canceled if products become unavailable after purchase.Â
4. Taxes and Invoicing
AXOR issues a standard retail invoice. Where GST registration is not applicable, GSTIN may not be shown. Tax treatment follows Indian regulations.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. AXOR may accept or cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors, payment issues, or delivery constraints. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
6. Payments
Payments are securely processed via recognized gateways (cards, UPI, wallets). Sensitive data (card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN) is not stored. COD availability depends on location and order value.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. By ordering, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to them.Â
8. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate, complete, and current information. Ensure someone is available to receive delivery. Do not misuse the site (fraud, false claims, offer abuse).Â
9. Limitation of Liability
AXOR is not liable for delays due to logistics, natural events, or incorrect customer information. Liability is limited to the product value paid.
10. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, text, images) on this website is owned by AXOR and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
